Take a midweek break and recharge with Wellness Wednesdays hosted by the Counseling, Disability and Health Services Department. Every Wednesday, starting today, we will be offering wellness workshops designed to support your overall well-being as a college student. The following is a brief description of what expect:

  • Wellness Activities: engage in mindfulness sessions, stress-relief exercises and creative fun
  • Therapy Dogs: Enjoy some cuddle time with our favorite furry friends
  • Wellness Resources: Pick up some educational material and free resources to help you stay informed and balanced
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Snag some great self-care giveaways to help you unwind and relax

These workshops are a great way to take a healthy break from your busy schedules and connect with fellow students in a relaxed, supportive environment fostering a sense of community here at MCC. We hope to see you there!
